Chair Yoga

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am
$10 per class

I believe that yoga is for every body. A chair class is one that is accessible for everyone and anyone. This class utilizes a chair for added support and balance, so that you can focus on other things - like how you feel! 

A perfect class for seniors or anyone with a limited range of motion, balance concerns, those recovering from injury or surgery, or those who just don't want to get up and down off the floor. This class does involve standing.

Students are encouraged to bring their own mat and props (block and strap) if available. There are mats, etc. available for use.

Gentle Strengthening & Stability Yoga

Wednesdays 12:00-12:45pm
$15 per class

Available each week In-Person, or as a live streaming class via Zoom, or as a recording.

Suitable for All Experience Levels - especially beginners or those who are looking to restart their yoga practice.

A slower class with a focus on helping to maintain and increase your body awareness, strength, and stability especially around your large, main joints and feet with a long relaxation at the end. Learn to use props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to support proper alignment, while finding comfort in each pose. You will need to move up and down off the floor, but only a few times, during this class.
